Copyright and Licensing

Starting with the Ist issue of 2021, Current Health Sciences Journal publishes open-access articles which are distributed under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) Public License, which permits unrestricted use, adaptation, distribution and reproduction in any medium, non-commercially, provided the new creations are licensed under identical terms as the original work and the original work is properly cited. Therefore, authors retain the copyright of their papers without restrictions, but grant the publisher the right of first publication.

Articles published in previous issues are subject to Copyright law, and the full or partial reproduction of the published material into another publication (or any other type of reproduction) can be done only with the approval of the Editorial Board. The Copyright of articles published prior to this issue is the property of the Journal.
